1. **Applicability and Acceptance of the Terms**

These general terms and conditions apply to all classes and subscriptions offered by Vitalité Ferrier Reformer Pilates Studio, including individual classes, strip cards, and monthly subscriptions. By booking a lesson or taking out a subscription, you agree to these conditions.

2. **Subscription Duration, Renewal and Lessons**

• Subscriptions are available in various forms, including 1x per week, 2x per week and unlimited, and are valid from the start date for a period of one month. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation conditions.

• Individual lessons and strip cards have a specific validity period, as stated at the time of purchase.

• Subscribers must confirm cancellation in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.

3. **Payment terms**

• The costs for lessons and subscriptions are communicated in advance and are due at the beginning of each period.

• Payments can be made via direct debit or other accepted payment methods.

• Late payments may lead to a temporary interruption of service.

4. **Access, Reservations and Restrictions**

• Subscribers and class participants must make reservations for classes. Availability may vary and is on a first come, first served basis.

• We reserve the right to change or cancel classes. In such cases we will try to inform members in a timely manner.

5. **Health and Safety**

• Participants declare that they are physically able to participate and will inform us immediately of any changes in their health status.

• We are not liable for any injury or damage incurred while participating in classes unless this is the result of negligence on our part.

6. **Data Privacy**

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without permission, unless required by law.

7. **Code of Conduct**

• Respectful behavior towards staff, fellow participants and the studio is required. Violations may lead to exclusion from participation.

8. **Changes to Terms**

• We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. New conditions will be communicated to our members.
