Meet Jocelyn Ferrier MSc, a medical professional, CEO and the founder of Vitalité Ferrier. We are dedicated to promoting vitality through Reformer Pilates and Orthomolecular Medicine. We are proud to announce that our Reformer Pilates studio is now open! Later this year, we will further expand with an orthomolecular practice.

Meet Zsofia Horvath: ballet dancer and Pilates enthusiast. She discovered the transformative power of Pilates at the age of twelve. Zsofia combines her background in dance with her passion for Pilates to inspire and guide others. She is eager to share the profound benefits of Pilates, driven by personal experience and strong conviction.
What is a Reformer?
The Reformer, a Pilates machine that resembles a bed with a sliding carriage, provides resistance via springs. Adjustable foot bars and handles allow you to perform a variety of exercises that train your entire body, especially your core, and improve strength, flexibility and posture. With over 500 exercises, it is suitable for beginners to advanced users, making Pilates fun, challenging and effective for everyone!
